Bad Bunny is the ultimate bachelor in his latest music video.
On Wednesday, the superstar released the visual for "Tití Me Preguntó," the second single off his fourth studio album, Un Verano Sin Ti. The song—which narrates a young man's reluctance to settle down throughout his adolescence—sees the rapper take to the streets of the Bronx where he sits down for a quick trim, throws a dance party outside of a neighborhood bodega, and at the visual's end, gets kidnapped for a extraterrestrial wedding of sorts, where his real life girlfriend Gabriela Berlingeri portrays his bride-to-be. For the (assumedly) faux nuptials, Bad Bunny wore a suit similar to his 2022 Met Gala Burberry ensemble, which included dramatic puff sleeves and a slim maxi skirt.
Berlingeri gave a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the music video minutes before it dropped on Instagram, sharing a snap of herself in a bridal gown during filming.
Berlingeri's cameo in the video makes sense, considering she receives a shoutout in the track's lyrics. "Me gustan mucho las Gabriela / Las Patricia / las Nicolle/ las Sofía / Mi primera novia en kinder, María / Y mi primer amor se llamaba Thalía," raps Bad Bunny on the song. (The verse translates to "I really like the Gabrielas / The Patricias / the Nicoles / the Sofías / My first girlfriend in kindergarten, María /And my first love’s name was Thalia.") "Tití Me Preguntó" is one of the most popular songs from Bad Bunny's latest project. In a slew of TikTok videos in the days following its official release, young women pretend to cry over not getting a name shoutout in the infectiously catchy track.
Fervent fans of Bad Bunny can rest easy knowing the star probably isn't married yet. He told GQ in their latest cover story that he doesn't have plans to head down the altar.
"People don’t know shit about my relationship. They don’t know if I’m married, you know? Maybe we’re already married and people don’t know," he said. "I’m just saying that. I’m not married."
