Selena Gomez is all business amid her Emilia Pérez press tour.

Last night in New York City, the singer and actor continued her all-black streak with an elegant ensemble that commanded the room (or at least, the sidewalk in which she walked on). For a night out on the town, Gomez wore a black ruched top with a rosette detail—calling back to her earlier style obsession—as well as a pair of tailored, high-waisted trousers. A thin black leather belt with a gold buckle cinched her look, while she layered with a long blazer jacket.

In keeping with her monochromatic theme, she accessorized with a small black Yves Saint Laurent handbag, and down below, wore a pair of pointed patent leather pumps. A smattering of gold and diamond rings brought some sparkle to her outfit, as did a dangling pair of diamond drop earrings. The star added an extra dose of glamour with a winged black eyeliner and glossy pink lip, wearing her hair in bouncy curls.

The night prior, Gomez pulled off another blazer look, although this time she opted to wear the outerwear as a minidress. She buttoned a black, form-fitting blazer dress atop a white, ruffled shirt dress from Francesca Miranda, creating a look that proved she is a press tour veteran. She complemented her ensemble with strappy black Christian Louboutin heels, and went with her usual glam routine.

Later in the night, the actor was joined by her Emilia Pérez costars Karla Sofía Gascón and Zoe Saldaña at a SAG-AFTRA foundation conversation for the film. Onstage, Gomez brought out one last accessory to her look, throwing on a pair of red cat-eye glasses to signal her sartorial seriousness.
