Episode 7

Things got heated in “The Red Sowing”—literally and figuratively. As Rhaenyra builds up her army of dragonseeds and Daemon accrues soldiers in the Riverlands, Team Green has other priorities. Like Aegon learning how to walk again, for one, or Alicent holding her guard hostage in the woods, for another.

Addam immediately bent the knee to Rhaenyra.

Episode 6

Behold, the power of non-noble denizens of Westeros! As the name suggests, “Smallfolk” captures the strength of the commoners living in King's Landing, with riots spelling trouble for Team Green. Plenty of progress has also been made for Team Black, with Daemon finally seeing a path forward at Harrenhal and Rhaenyra drawing inspiration from an unexpected ally.

Episode 1

House of the Dragon returned with a bang with the season two premiere episode, “A Son for a Son.” In the throes of her grief, Rhaenyra searches for the mortal remains of her son, Lucerys, who was killed by Aemond in the season one finale. As Team Green attempts to lay out their next steps in the looming war against Rhaenyra, Daemon sends assassins to avenge Lucerys—but they end up murdering the wrong Targaryen son.

Fans mourned alongside Rhaenyra, especially in the moment she finds the wing of her son's dragon washed ashore.
