Emily Ratajkowski wore not one but two naked dresses on Met Gala Monday.
After walking the carpeted steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in a bejeweled sheer vintage gown by Versace, the model and My Body author changed into another see-through piece to attend her own after-party.
The look was a completely see-through little black dress in a triangular scarflike cut, embellished with orange, white, purple, and black beads all over. At the high neck was a beaded leaf motif that morphed into a cascade of beads broken up into color blocks and stopping right at the bust, where EmRata’s black crystal-embellished bralette peaked through.
The bodice of the mini was adorned with purple beaded stars, while the asymmetric hem of the skirt had some fancy fringe also composed of colorful beads. Ratajkowski wore a black crystal-encrusted thong underneath the LBD to match her bra.
And the boho-astrology theme didn’t end there: EmRata carried a black micro bag with a silver star print, and finished the look with a pair of black super-tall wraparound stiletto sandals dripping with dangly diamond-shaped crystals—peak festivalwear.
The model elevated the Coachella-esque outfit with a pair of massive white diamond earrings fit for fashion’s biggest night. She wore her hair in the same spiky ’do she debuted on the Met steps, and had on the same glittery makeup, courtesy of Charlotte Tilbury Beauty.
EmRata’s bash, held at WSA in New York’s financial district and sponsored by Mexican spirits brand Clase Azul, was quite a star-studded affair. The room was adorned with silky white beds and romantic melted candles. And among the guests were friends Kendall Jenner and Bad Bunny, who notably enjoyed a romantic reunion at their VIP table.
