Kaia Gerber and Austin Butler brought their sleek couple’s style to New York City over the weekend for a shopping date around SoHo.
The It couple—known for their luxurious yet minimalistic approach to dressing—was photographed holding hands while walking around the city in their coordinating cool street looks, which included several of their go-to staples.
The model stuck to the classics with her look, layering a long beige trench coat over a black collared top and black wide-leg pants. For footwear, she pulled out her favorite black Adidas Sambas, and added some simple accessories: a navy blue tote bag and black cat-eye sunglasses.
The Elvis star went monochrome with his off-duty fall outfit and stayed warm by layering a black Carhartt work jacket over a black hoodie and a classic white T-shirt. He wrapped up the look with black straight-leg pants, black leather boots, and a black logo-less baseball cap.
Gerber and Butler keep things sleek and simple whether they’re dressing for the red carpet or for casual dates. This summer, for example, Gerber delivered a lesson in effortless elegance while grabbing lunch with Butler. For the occasion, she wore a chic brown zip-up vest with pockets paired with relaxed low-rise black pants and matching black round-toe shoes with low block heels; she additionally carried her go-to green Celine Ava bag and accessorized with gold hoop earrings.
Butler also stuck to his vintage-inspired favorites, again wearing his black pants and boots—this time with a graphic tee from Southern California ’90s punk band Das Klown and a leather biker jacket.
