Bella Hadid loves a Grease moment. Our vintage-loving, trendsetting queen doesn’t shy away from any fashion era, but she does regularly gravitate to the 1950s, with their hourglass dresses, skintight capris, and peep-toe heels.
This Sunday, the supermodel stepped in New York City out looking like a member of the Pink Ladies in a super-cropped white top from Guizio with ballooning off-the-shoulder sleeves and a pretty bow in the front. With the top, she wore some black skintight capri pants which fell low on her hip and went down just below her knees. To continue the ’50s tribute, she opted for a pair of glossy black peep-toe heels with little bows at the front.
Hadid completed her look with some more modern accessories, including a slouchy black leather tote bag from Coach and black oval shades. She wore bronzy makeup and a glossy lip, and had her chestnut hair styled in messy, sexy curls.
Later in the day, the Orebella founder showed her sartorial versatility by changing into a totally different fit for an engagement in the West Village.
For that event, she paid homage to two big trends, cowboy and workwear, in a head-to-toe Saint Laurent look. She wore a long beige button-up with pockets—that gave full safari energy—with matching straight-leg trousers cinched with a chocolate-brown belt. Under the jacket, Hadid had on a classic white T-shirt, and to round out the look, she wore a pair of faded dark brown cowboy boots, a light brown leather handbag, rose-tinted rectangular sunglasses, and chunky square gold earrings.
